GARY M. ANDERSON has extensive experience in the litigation of patent, trademark and trade secret matters in both State and Federal Courts and before the International Trade Commission. He also has significant experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications. Mr. Anderson's litigation background extends to a variety of technologies, while his patent prosecution has been primarily directed to the mechanical arts.
Mr. Anderson joined the firm as an associate in 1989. Before joining the firm he was an associate with Lyon & Lyon in Los Angeles .
Mr. Anderson received his B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), in 1972 and his J.D. (cum laude) from Southwestern University in 1980. Mr. Anderson was Managing Editor of the Southwestern Law Review in 1979-1980.
