JENNIFER L. WEBBER received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1993 and her J.D. from the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 1998. Ms. Webber was a student member of the Anthony M. Kennedy Inns of Court and Honors Board member of the International Appellate Advocacy Program.

Ms. Webber joined the firm as an associate in 2003. Her practice includes litigation of trademark, copyright, and patent matters and related business issues including unfair competition. She also prepares and prosecutes trademark and copyright applications. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Webber practiced business litigation gaining significant experience in law and motion practice including legal research, discovery preparation, and motion drafting.
