Jessie Brookhart-Knost earned her B.S.C. in Film Business and Art-Photography from the University of Miami in 2002. She graduated from Whittier Law School with a Certificate in Intellectual Property in 2006. While there, Ms. Brookhart-Knost served as a member of both the Whittier Law Review and Moot Court Honors Board, earning the distinction of Most Outstanding Member of both organizations in 2006. Ms. Brookhart-Knost competed in various moot court competitions, including the Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court competition wherein her team took Third Place in the Western United States in 2006.

Ms. Brookhart-Knost joined the firm as an associate in 2006. Her practice includes the preparation and prosecution of copyrights and trademarks, as well as litigation of trademarks, copyrights, patents, and related business issues of unfair competition.
