Fulwider Patton LLP Attorney Recognized As Rising Star In Southern California
LOS ANGELES— Fulwider Patton LLP is pleased to announce that James Juo has been named a 2005 Southern California Super Lawyer "Rising Star" by Los Angeles Magazine and Law & Politics. A former patent examiner, Mr. Juo is a partner practicing intellectual property law and litigation at Fulwider Patton LLP’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Juo joins other Fulwider Patton LLP partners and associates who have been similarly recognized as "Super Lawyers" and "Rising Stars", including Craig B. Bailey (2005 Southern California Super Lawyers), Stephen J. Strauss (2004 Southern California Super Lawyers), and John V. Hanley, John K. Fitzgerald and Scott R. Hansen (2004 Southern California Super Lawyer Rising Stars).
Rising Stars represent the best attorneys who are either age 40 or under, or who have been in practice for 10 years or less. The selection of Rising Stars is based on balloting by the top attorneys in the state, and a research team reviews the credentials of potential Rising Stars based on a set of defined evaluation criteria. The list is then cut until only the best up-and-coming attorneys remain. Only 2.5 percent of attorneys in Southern California are selected as Rising Stars.
Fulwider Patton LLP is a full service intellectual property law firm serving clients in all areas of intellectual property including patents, trademarks, copyrights, Internet domain name disputes, trade secrets and unfair competition. With offices in Los Angeles and California, Fulwider Patton LLP represents clients throughout California and the United States, Europe and the Pacific Rim.
