ATTORNEYS

THOMAS H. MAJCHER received his B.E. in mechanical engineering, with an emphasis in machine design, from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1979 and his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles in 1982. He concentrates his practice primarily in the prosecution of patents and trademarks and in litigation of patent, trademark, unfair competition and trade secret matters in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Majcher joined the firm as an associate in 1988 and became a partner in 1995. Before joining the firm he was an associate with another Los Angeles patent law firm working primarily in litigation support on patent, trademark and unfair competition matters, including ongoing investigations of trademark and copyright counterfeiters, along with working on patent and trademark prosecution matters.

He is admitted to practice in California, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the State Bar of California, Los Angeles County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Los Angeles Patent Law Association.
